Access Groups

NetBird offers dynamic security based, in part, on what access group(s) your device and the target device are in.

infra groups

The infra groups are used for infrastructure (usually servers), rather than endpoints/user devices.

• F13-Infra-Hosting-Prod - Used for servers hosting production frontend workloads such as our products, our Git forge, etc.

• F13-Infra-Hosting-Dev - Used for servers hosting development frontend workloads such as our products, our Git forge, etc.

• F13-Infra-Backend-Prod - Used for servers supporting the backend of our production systems - for example, backups and monitoring.

• F13-Infra-Backend-Dev - Used for servers supporting the backend of our development systems - for example, backups and monitoring.
